5) Stare con la gente

In questo mondo high-tech, in cui non ci si ferma, sempre dietro al prossimo appuntamento, si rischia di arrivare troppo tardi alla riunione con i collaboratori. Le soluzioni ai problemi e le idee innovative si trovano sul campo con i lavoratori. I leader devono uscire dall'ufficio e trascorrere time talking with employees and with customers on business.
